Novak Composites supports to plan, organize, control and monitor technical projects both during the tendering phase and during the final phase of the project after placing the order. We know, understand and apply the industry-specific business processes. The proper performance of these business processes is essential for the fulfillment of the general and product-related procurements’ supplier requirements.

On the one hand as an external resource to manage strategic or operational tasks on different levels of management or to cover temporary vacancies for a limited period. In many ways management can at times be more successful than consulting. Especially for relatively small companies, because knowledge transfer is hardly possible due to lack of resources. As part of interim management Novak Composites accepts P&L responsibility. This may relate to a full and part time assignment.

On the one hand as single services for business unit development such as market analysis, preparation and evaluation of business plans or business cases, technical and organizational support during tender phase, preparation of tender documents, initiation of future business transactions, concepts for business models or as a holistic task of the new business development.

At this point, Novak Composites offers the expertise to develop customer’s new business. The customer does not need to develop new internal resources and expertise.

We assist in the implementation of M&A projects in the composite industry. The services include the essential phases of the M&A process:

Novak Composites has extensive international business experience - especially in dealing with Asian cultures. At the interface of international business activities the Intercultural Management has to step in.
